French Military Aid to Ukraine

French President Emmanuel Macron spoke today, Sunday, with his Ukrainian counterpart Volodymyr Zelensky by phone, discussing Ukraine's military needs. Zelensky stated, "I am grateful to France and Emmanuel personally for their support for our country and our people," adding that he also thanked France for its commitment to send weapons to Ukraine. The French presidency noted that Macron reaffirmed France's support for Ukraine, and informed Zelensky about the developments in European coordination to provide military aid to Ukraine.
