Chinese Vice Premier He Lifeng stated during a high-level economic and trade dialogue in Beijing today that "China hopes the European Union will lift restrictions on the export of high-tech products to the country." He added during his meeting with EU Trade Commissioner Valdis Dombrovskis that "both sides agreed to work together to stabilize supply chains and address decoupling between them."
