Death of Famous Bodybuilder Jo Lindner at Age 30

Famous bodybuilder and fitness expert Jo Lindner, known online as "Joesthetics," passed away unexpectedly yesterday at the age of 30. His girlfriend Nisha revealed that he had complained of neck pain just days prior, writing on social media: "Three days ago, he kept saying he was suffering from pain in his neck... we didn't really realize it until it was too late." She added that Lindner died just days after gifting her a custom-made necklace with her name on it. According to The Sun, Lindner had expressed weeks earlier that he feared that overtraining might lead to a heart attack due to his rare muscle condition. He suffered from a wavering muscle disease, where the muscles are unusually sensitive to movement or pressure. Jo Lindner rose to fame through the content he shared on social media, where he has nearly nine million followers on Instagram alone. He frequently posted his workouts and training regimen. Lindner lived briefly in Dubai before moving to Thailand, where he created much of the content that earned him fame.
