The "Aida 4" ship departed from berth number 5 in Tripoli Port. This maritime training vessel belongs to the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport in the Arab Republic of Egypt. Onboard were 160 student officers and marine engineers, along with 51 crew members, during a four-day training visit. Upon the ship's arrival at the port, it was welcomed by Ali Hamie, the Minister of Public Works and Transport in the caretaker government, Ahmed Tamer, the port director, and Colonel Haitham Danawi, the commander of the naval forces of the army.
