Russian news agencies reported today, Thursday, that the Federal Security Service stated it has "foiled a planned terrorist attack on a warship belonging to the country's fleet in the Black Sea," adding that it arrested a Russian sailor. The agency indicated that "the sailor was detained with two homemade bombs. He is also suspected of transferring state secrets to Ukraine."
