Despite the site's popularity through videos circulated on social media, the news of Jad's death shocked his loved ones and family, as it later became clear that the site was not maintained because it does not belong to a company or organization, but rather was set up by a group of enthusiasts who documented the ropes in an unprofessional manner, leading to the young man's fall into the valleys. The Lebanese Civil Defense highlighted the tragedy that befell the young man's family on Twitter, warning against the recklessness exhibited by some groups without confirming maintenance.
