Shooting Victim in Tripoli and Military Deployment

Two unknown individuals in an SUV opened fire with a military weapon toward a man identified as "E. Q." injuring him critically in the area of Al-Matran Street in Tripoli and then fled to an unknown location. The injured man was transported to Tripoli Governmental Hospital for treatment but died shortly afterward due to his injuries. There is a heavy deployment of military units in Al-Matran Street, Tripoli, searching for the shooters.
