European Union foreign policy chief Josep Borrell noted today, Friday, that "Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov sharply rejected the call during the ASEAN Regional Forum to withdraw Russian troops from Ukraine, describing it as part of a Western conspiracy." Borrell was speaking to reporters on the sidelines of the forum in Jakarta.
