The Formula 1 team AlphaTauri announced on Tuesday that Australian driver Daniel Ricciardo will join the team on loan from Red Bull for the remainder of the 2023 season, taking the seat of Dutch driver Nyck de Vries starting from the Hungarian Grand Prix next week. AlphaTauri President Franz Tost said, "I am very happy to welcome Daniel back to the team, and I would like to thank Nyck for his valuable contributions during his time with the team, wishing him all the best in the future."
