The Russian newspaper "Kommersant" reported today, Monday, that "Russia is on track to implement a plan to reduce oil exports by 500,000 barrels per day in August." The newspaper stated: "Russian oil exports by sea could drop to between 2.9 and three million barrels per day, primarily due to reduced exports through Russian ports in the Baltic Sea."
