Judicial sources reported today, Monday, that the Public Prosecutor, Judge Imad Qablan, will hear from the Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Riad Salameh, this week, following the receipt of an absentee arrest warrant issued against him by French investigating judge Aud Bourouzi, which was handed over to the Public Prosecutor, Judge Ghassan Oueidat, by Interior Minister Bassam Mawlawi. Judge Oueidat will make his decision after the session. According to the information, there is a tendency to prevent Salameh from traveling and to seize his passport. Salameh has been notified to appear at the Palace of Justice by the Central Criminal Investigation Department.
