Qatar is the First to Exit the World Cup

The Qatari national team has become the first team to be eliminated from the 2022 FIFA World Cup after losing to Senegal 3-1 in a match held this evening at Al Thumama Stadium during the second round of group stage matches in Group A. Senegal's goals were scored by Boulaye Dia, Famara Diedhiou, and Bamba Dieng in the 40th, 48th, and 84th minutes, respectively, while Mohammed Muntari scored Qatar's only goal in the 78th minute. This makes Qatar the fastest host nation to exit the tournament since it began in 1930.
