Ukrainian Shelling in Russia's Kursk Region

The governor of Russia's Kursk region, Roman Starovoit, announced in a Telegram post today, Thursday, that Ukrainian shelling resulted in the death of a man and caused damage to electricity supply lines in the region. He explained that "the man was killed after shelling in the town of Tyotkino on the Russian-Ukrainian border, and ten shells fell on the village of Gordeyevka," adding that "no injuries were reported there."
