Afghan police reported on Monday that two people were killed in a landmine explosion near the Ministry of Justice headquarters in the capital, Kabul. Khalid Zadran, a spokesman for Kabul police, told Reuters that the landmine was planted in a vehicle and resulted in the deaths of two individuals and injured another.
