Lebanese Justice Minister Henry Khoury indicated that "the case of Hannibal Gaddafi is a judicial file, and we are awaiting the judge's decision who primarily oversees this file." Khoury added after meeting with "Human Rights Watch" that "the judicial file controls the case of Hannibal Gaddafi, and we will cooperate with the Libyan judiciary as much as the Lebanese judiciary accelerates."
