Minister of Justice Responds to Mikati: What Was Said Is Not True

Justice Minister Henry Khoury responded to Prime Minister Najib Mikati, stating, "We regret that what was attributed to us in the President's statement today is not true." Khoury added, "To remind, we want to emphasize that throughout our judicial history, we have only practiced truth and justice, and what we said in the consultative meeting, as attested by the attending ministers, has not changed at all outside, in word or statement, as we remain committed to everything we have issued legally and appropriately."
