The statement reads: "We were informed by lawyer Jan Qiqano that the Court of Appeal, through a ruling issued today on Monday, affirmed Ziad Burji's right to perform and publish the song 'W Bteer,' after it overturned the injunction from the urgent matters judge in Metn, which had previously restricted this right."
The statement continued: "Earlier, Elissa announced her victory in her legal dispute with Ziad Burji over the song 'Ana W Bas' after the urgent matters judge ruled its ownership in favor of Elissa."
