A government document showed today, Monday, that "the Russian government approved some amendments to the fuel export ban, as it lifted restrictions on fuel used to supply certain ships." Moscow also lifted the restrictions on exporting fuel that the Russian Railways and Transneft had previously agreed to export before the initial ban was announced last week.
