South African President Cyril Ramaphosa, who visited Kyiv yesterday with a delegation of African countries, revealed details of the peace plan for Ukraine. The South African President stated that the African plan comprises 10 main points:
- Achieving peace through negotiations via diplomatic means.
- Peace negotiations should begin as soon as possible.
- Halting the escalation of the conflict from both sides.
- Ensuring the sovereignty of nations and peoples in accordance with the United Nations Charter.
- Providing security guarantees for all countries.
- Ensuring the export of grains and fertilizers from the two countries.
- Providing humanitarian support to victims of the war.
- Addressing the issue of prisoner exchanges and the return of children.
- Post-war reconstruction and assistance to war victims.
- Providing closer interaction with African countries.
After visiting Kyiv, the African delegation headed to Poland, and from there, they will proceed to St. Petersburg.
