Biden Cancels Visit to Jordan and Offers Condolences for Hospital Victims

Reuters reported that a White House official stated that Biden canceled his visit to Jordan after consulting with King Abdullah. The White House also announced on Tuesday that U.S. President Joe Biden extends his condolences for the victims of the explosion at a hospital in Gaza. He expresses his heartfelt condolences for the innocent lives lost in the hospital explosion in Gaza and wishes a speedy recovery to the injured. Additionally, the American president spoke on Tuesday with Jordanian King Abdullah and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu following the attack on the hospital in Gaza that resulted in hundreds of deaths. The White House noted that the National Security team also briefed Biden on the attack and he spoke via phone with Secretary of State Antony Blinken.
