Russian news agencies reported today, Thursday, that the Federal Security Service stated it "found traces of explosives on board a foreign ship heading from Turkey to Russia to load grain," pointing out that "the ship previously entered a Ukrainian port." The Federal Security Service announced last Monday that it had also found traces of explosives on another ship that sailed from Turkey to the port of Rostov-on-Don in Russia to load grain. Russia has previously accused grain ships sailing to Ukraine under the grain export agreement through the Black Sea of carrying Ukrainian military shipments. Russia withdrew from the agreement last week, leading to its collapse.
