Army Raids and Arrests Two Suspects in Brital

The Army Command - Directorate of Guidance issued a statement today, Sunday, stating: "On August 27, 2023, a unit from the army raided the homes of wanted individuals in the town of Brital - Baalbek, and arrested citizens (M.M) wanted for shooting at an army patrol, and (B.M.) for possessing a Kalashnikov rifle. Several rifles, military equipment, and war ammunition were seized." The seized items were handed over, and investigations with the detainees have begun under the supervision of the competent judiciary.
