The governor of the Kherson region in Ukraine, Oleksandr Prokudin, reported that one farmer was killed and another injured on Sunday in the southern part of Ukraine after their tractor ran over a mine while plowing a field. Prokudin added, "I urge the residents of the area once again. Do not start any work until explosives experts have inspected the fields. Take care of your safety."
