Kremlin: Ukraine's Decision to Appoint New Defense Minister Will Not Change Government Nature

The Kremlin stated today that it "does not believe that Ukraine's decision to appoint a new defense minister will change the nature of the government." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced on Sunday that he had decided to dismiss Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov from his position and suggested that Rustem Umirov, a former parliamentarian from the Crimean Tatar minority, replace him.
