The Polish internal security agency reported today, Friday, that an 18-year-old man has been arrested on charges of conspiring with Islamic extremists to bomb a government building. The agency stated that the young man (whose name was not disclosed) was arrested in southern Poland in June after gathering information and materials to make a bomb belt. It was mentioned that he converted to Islam at the end of 2022 and took extremists like Osama bin Laden as role models. The accused will remain in custody pending trial for 3 months.
