Man Jumps from the Rocks at Raouche: Can You Identify Him?

The General Directorate of Internal Security Forces - Public Relations Division issued the following statement: "On July 16, 2023, an unidentified individual jumped into the sea from the seaside corniche in the Raouche area, resulting in his immediate death. He is in his forties, has a tan complexion, black hair, is of robust build, and is approximately 175 centimeters tall. Additionally, he is reported to be mentally unstable according to eyewitness accounts." The statement added: "After retrieving the body, it was transferred to the morgue of Rafik Hariri Governmental Hospital. A forensic examination revealed that the cause of death was cardiac arrest due to drowning, and there are no signs of violence. Therefore, based on the instructions of the competent judiciary, the General Directorate of Internal Security Forces requests that his relatives or anyone who knows anything about him contact the Raouche Police Station at Beirut Police Unit, at the number: 771962-01, to take the necessary legal measures for the retrieval of the body."
