Xinhua News Agency reported on Sunday that China will conduct joint military exercises with five Southeast Asian countries from mid to late November. The exercises, which will take place in Guangdong Province in southern China, will involve forces from Cambodia, Laos, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. Xinhua stated that the exercises will focus on anti-terrorism and maritime safety.
