Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksii Reznikov announced today, Monday, that he has submitted his resignation to the Speaker of Parliament. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky stated yesterday, Sunday, that he decided to replace the Defense Minister in the largest change in the Ukrainian defense institution since Russia launched a full-scale invasion of the country in February 2022.
