An Israeli source denied any Iranian presence within the Ali Al-Taher hill in southern Lebanon to Sky News Arabia.
The source stated, "Approximately 50 Hezbollah members were inside the Ali Al-Taher site, and most were killed during its explosion."
He continued, "We will not withdraw from the 'Ali Al-Taher' area, we will reorganize our forces, and anyone approaching the site will be targeted."
The source added, "Ali Al-Taher is a long-standing command center for Hezbollah where we found weapons."
Meanwhile, Israeli army radio revealed that the takeover of Ali Al-Taher hill took three months amidst fierce resistance from the party.
It continued, "We reveal that the Israeli army gave the party members the option to surrender by raising a white flag, but they refused and fought until the end."
