Official: Two Killed by Russian Shelling in Ukraine

The governor of the Kharkiv region in Ukraine, Oleh Syniehubov, stated today, Saturday, that "two people were killed and another injured when Russian shelling struck a café in the village of Podoly in the eastern part of Ukraine." Syniehubov wrote on the messaging app Telegram, saying: "The enemy hit a civilian target, a café that had local residents present during the day." Russian forces have been trying to advance at the front lines in Kharkiv in recent weeks. The Ukrainian army has acknowledged that "the fighting there has become more difficult," but it claims that "it is holding on at the front line."
