The White House announced that U.S. National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan met today, Monday, with Saudi Defense Minister Prince Khalid bin Salman Al Saud and confirmed President Joe Biden's commitment to support the defense of U.S. partners against threats from both governmental and non-governmental entities, including those backed by Iran. The White House added that the two men also emphasized the importance of preventing the escalation of the conflict between Israel and Hamas.
