The Office of Media Affairs at the General Directorate of General Security announced that every Friday of the week is designated in regional centers to receive applications for biometric passports from Lebanese citizens holding residency abroad (residency, not a visa), exclusively without a quota. The applicants will be charged a service fee, according to the following criteria:
- Possession of a valid residency abroad or foreign nationality.
- Possession of a passport with less than one and a half years of validity, or entering the country with a travel document.
- No more than 15 days must have passed since their entry into the country on the date of application submission.
