First Female Coach of Men's Professional Team in England Steps Down

Hannah Dingley became the first woman to manage a men's professional team in England when she led Forest Green Rovers, a club in the fourth division, earlier this month. However, this position will end this week after the club announced the appointment of David Horseman as their permanent head coach.

Forest Green owner Dale Vince expressed gratitude to Hannah for taking on the responsibility during the coaching selection process. He stated, "Although she didn't get the position this time, she gained valuable experience and took an important step in her career." He added, "We are happy to have David join us as head coach of the first team, as he brings extensive experience and a modern coaching style that suits us."
