NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg stated today, during an unannounced visit to Kyiv, that Ukrainian forces are "gradually making gains" on the ground in their counteroffensive against Russian troops. In a joint press conference with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, Stoltenberg remarked that Russian forces are fighting for "imperial delusions" held by Moscow.
