Russian Official: The West Fuels the Risks of Nuclear Weapon Use

Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, stated today, Wednesday, that the "destructive" policies of the United States and its allies increase the risks of using nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons. The Russian news agency TASS reported him saying, "The natural result of the destructive policies of the United States is the deterioration of global security." Patrushev added, "The risks of using nuclear, chemical, and biological weapons are increasing. The global disarmament system is being undermined."
