Drug Dealer Arrested by Lebanese Security: Marijuana, Cocaine, and a Scale

After extensive monitoring and tracking operations, a special unit from the Judicial Police was able to arrest a drug dealer and identify him as W.D. (born in 1981, Lebanese). On May 20, security forces raided the mentioned apartment and arrested him, seizing hand grenades, an AK-47 rifle with several magazines and usable ammunition, in addition to a military pistol, a bulletproof vest, cannabis, cocaine, marijuana, and a sensitive scale. The detainee, along with the seized items, was referred to the Central Anti-Narcotics Bureau for further investigation, based on the directives of the competent judiciary. The Directorate explained: "As part of the plan followed by the Internal Security Forces to reduce the phenomenon of drug trafficking and promotion across all Lebanese territories, information was received about a dealer distributing drugs using a residential apartment in the Aramoun area. It was revealed that he is a dangerous individual and is wanted under several judicial warrants for drug trafficking."
