Qatar's Minister of Finance, Ali bin Ahmed Al Kuwari, revealed today, Sunday, that the budget surplus in Qatar is divided between debt servicing, the Qatar Investment Authority (QIA), which is the sovereign wealth fund, and reserves. Al Kuwari added during the Doha Forum that the QIA focuses on investments for future generations.
