Protest by Families of Abra Detainees Demanding Their Release

Families of the detainees in connection with the Abra events and the youths from Bilal bin Rabah Mosque staged a protest demanding "the end of the injustice against them and the release of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Assir and his brothers." This protest took place after Friday prayers in front of Al-Zaatari Mosque, with a large crowd of worshippers holding pictures of Sheikh Ahmad Al-Assir and banners calling for his release and that of all his brothers. The protesters marched along the seaside corniche and then returned to the courtyard of Al-Zaatari Mosque.
