A Western official stated that Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant is expected to participate in a NATO defense ministers' meeting via video conference on Thursday. The official added that the meeting, which will be held in Brussels, was previously scheduled to discuss issues including the war in Ukraine and NATO missions in Kosovo and Iraq, but a session with Gallant was added following Hamas's large-scale attack on Israel on Saturday.
