Iraqi President Abdul Latif Jamal Rashid arrived in Jazan, Saudi Arabia today, Tuesday. He was greeted at King Abdullah International Airport in Jazan by the Governor of Jazan Region, Prince Mohammed bin Nasser, and the Deputy Governor, Prince Mohammed bin Abdulaziz. Accompanying the Iraqi president were Minister of Commerce Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi, Saudi Ambassador to Iraq Abdulaziz Al-Shammari, and Iraqi Ambassador to the Kingdom Safia Taleb al-Suhail. Rashid had departed from Riyadh earlier today, where he was seen off by several officials.
