Cambodian Prime Minister Hun Sen indicated today, Wednesday, that he will resign from his position and that his son, Hun Manith, will take over in the coming weeks. He added, "I will continue to be the head of the ruling party and a member of parliament," noting that "the newly elected parliament will convene on August 21, and the new government will be sworn in the following day."
