US State Department: We Will Support an Independent Third Party to Evacuate Hospitals in Gaza

US State Department spokesperson Matthew Miller stated today, Tuesday, that "the United States wants to safely evacuate patients from hospitals in Gaza to avoid their harm and will support an independent third party for the evacuations." He added during a press conference that "Washington does not want to see any civilians, certainly not infants in incubators and other vulnerable residents, caught in the line of fire." Miller announced that "the United States is currently in talks with relief organizations and third parties regarding a possible evacuation."
