Ukrainian Dnipro region governor Serhii Lysak and other officials reported that an explosion occurred near the city in central Ukraine on Saturday, causing damage to a two-story house and injuring 20 people, including five children, while rescuers pulled individuals from the rubble. Lysak wrote on Telegram, stating, "Three children were among the injured. Emergency services arrived at the scene in one of the towns north of Dnipro and pulled a man from under the debris." Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy also commented on Telegram, noting that the attack took place between two houses, and stated, "Unfortunately, there are people under the rubble. Once again, Russia proves to be a terrorist state." Reports on social media indicated that a Russian missile caused the explosion, but Ukrainian military officials have not confirmed this. Meanwhile, Moscow denies that its military targets civilians.
