According to the newspaper "Bild," citing German security forces, a man stormed two residential buildings in the town of Langweid near Augsburg, firing shots that resulted in the deaths of three people and injuries to two others. The incident occurred around 7:15 PM last Friday, when the man shot three individuals with a handgun in a residential building on Schubertstraße. Among the victims were two women aged 49 and 72, and a 52-year-old man. The assailant then entered another adjacent building, where he injured a 32-year-old woman and a 44-year-old man. The suspect, a 64-year-old man, has been arrested, and the motive for the crime remains unknown.
