Ukrainian Drone Attack on Moscow and Russian Areas

Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin wrote on the Telegram app that "Russian air defenses shot down a drone approaching the city this morning, Friday." He added that the drone fell near Lyubertsy, southeast of the Russian capital. Roman Starovoit, the governor of the Kursk region, said that two Ukrainian drones attacked the town of Kurchatov, which hosts a nuclear power plant, early Friday morning. He wrote on Telegram that "emergency services are assessing the damage caused to an administrative building and another residential building due to the attack." Starovoit did not mention any damage to the Kursk nuclear power plant or provide details about the targeted buildings.
