"Regie" Seizes Smuggled Tobacco Products in Various Areas

The Lebanese Tobacco and Tobacco Monopoly Administration "Regie" announced, in a statement, that "as part of its ongoing efforts to combat smuggling, its specialized units seized quantities of smuggled tobacco products, illegal molasses, and counterfeit electronic cigarettes ('vape') as a result of raids in the areas of Hamra, Bliss, Karkon al-Druze, Cola, Burj Hammoud, Mansourieh, Bsalim, Brummana, Dbayeh, Jounieh, and Bourj." Reports have been filed against the violators, and the cases are pending in the relevant judiciary.
