The Media Office of the Government of Dubai stated in a press release today, Friday, that "the emirate has announced a plan to reduce carbon emissions by 50 percent by the end of 2030." The statement said, "The plan will accelerate the momentum that Dubai has achieved in its transition to clean energy over the past decade by outlining a roadmap to reach carbon neutrality goals by 2050."
