Tottenham Hotspur has officially announced the departure of their coach Antonio Conte by mutual consent, after 16 months in charge of the London club. Conte accused Tottenham players of being selfish in a press conference and criticized the club's culture following the 3-3 draw against Southampton in the Premier League. Tottenham is currently in fourth place in the Premier League table but has exited all other competitions. As a result, Tottenham will be looking for the fourth coach for the team in four years since the departure of Argentine Mauricio Pochettino in 2019. The club's official statement mentioned that assistant coach Cristian Stellini will take charge of the team with the help of Ryan Mason until the end of the current season. Tottenham's chairman Daniel Levy stated, according to the club's official website: "We have 10 matches left in the Premier League, and we need to fight to secure a place in the Champions League. We need to unite, and everyone must give their all to ensure we finish the league in the best possible position."
