Storm Topples Ancient Tree in Sidon

The storm caused an ancient pine tree to fall onto a car that was parked beneath it at the entrance of Rafik Hariri Secondary School in Sidon. This led to the roof of the car caving in and the front and rear windows shattering. The vehicle, a "Toyota," belongs to one of the parents. A team from the Hariri Foundation, in cooperation with the Sidon municipality, removed the tree from the damaged car after having to cut its branches due to their size.
