The Director of the World Health Organization, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, wrote in a post on X platform that "the organization is still unable to communicate with its staff or with health facilities in Gaza." He stated, "The power outage in Gaza makes it impossible for ambulances to reach the injured." He added that "it is not possible to evacuate patients under such conditions or to find safe shelter."
